Permissions error on Save of 'Contact' entity

description

I saw a similar post to this earlier so apologies for the repetition. However, the solution proposed previously was clearly a problem with the custom entity. My error is attached to a core entity which already has the necessary privileges set up.
 
Could you advise please?
