Auditing change Activation and Deactivation of Records

Hey,

Firstly and most importantly, I must commend you both on the GREAT WORK!

I have now plugged this into my CRM and can get it to work amazingly for Updates but when trying to use this for SetState messages for activation and deactivation of records, it doesnt seem to do anything. Doesnt give me an error either. I have noticed that whenver I deactivate or activate a record, an Audit record gets created with the UPDATE message with NO field level changes. I assume this is because I have statecode selected as an attribute for my UPDATE step in the Plugin.

Can someone please let me know how to get this to work? Should I be inlcuding anything in the filteredAttribtutes??

Any form of information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Visha

I have resolved this problem.

All customisable and custom entities require the message SetStateDynamicEntity while strictly only system entities work with SetState.

This is where I was going wrong as I was using SetState for customisable entities as well. We also need to include the primary attribute and the statecode in the filtered attributes list.

Thanks,

Visha
